Great people! The Petty Details team took the time to understand what we needed and then explain their services and what actions to take. They took the time to email us and speak to us over the phone several times to make sure we were okay with everything we were doing. Upon their recommendation, and with their help, we moved forward on our own and received exactly what we hoped for with our claim. I can’t thank Justin and Jen Petty enough! They helped me navigate a very difficult case with a rental car insurance company. I was hit by an uninsured driver in a rental car and the experience with the insurance company was so awful. I hired Petty Details after my case had drug on for 3 months with no end in sight.
