I started with Digiwave a few months ago, and I’ve been really happy with the service so far. Everything has been smooth, and I really appreciate the quality of the service. I hope they keep up the great work! Definitely 5 stars deserved. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Been with Digiwave for about 4 years now and honestly, I’ve had a great experience. I really don’t know where some of the bad reviews come from because my experience has been completely different. The service has been good and reliable for me. Maybe some of those reviews are from competitors, who knows. I can only speak from my own experience, and I’m happy with Digiwave. 👍

Bad bad bad, you will find the customer service within minutes for setting up new accountto set the account, but after that I was begging for someone to reply on WhatsApp always ignored, I keep saying please please I am begging you, but trying in vain, the person goes online just for new members to collect money and set up, after that Ignoring, even when the TV broke I was begging to transfer the service to new TV. No reply, I also called the phone, same way no reply. I think it is to be called scam, if it is not a scam so what is scam?? I lost the what I paid for about 3 month of service and had to find another one. I was thinking to use my wife's phone to trick him and get him reply, but I really do not like doing this trick. I will never call again. I said true fact not an opinion, please do not beleive them if they try to justify what I said, or if they try to deny. I fo not know them and I have no reason to lie about them, I still have the WahtsApp text, I better take screenshot now before they read this review and tell lies. Do not beleive them if they say I did not have service from them because I do not remember which email address I provide to them, may be different from this one.

Do not get this app or account we got our sign in credentials very fast only signed up for a month 20 bucks cannot change the time it says information not available. Don’t know what’s playing when it’s playing. We have a buzz box which is really good but the subscriptions so far we’ve had three different ones and they all suck almost ready to go back to regular Tv. 

I wish I read the reviews before I signed up for 3 months! I had a hard time getting the app to work (they recommended one that I could not get). Got it up and running. Could not find anything really new to watch. Tons of old crap! I emailed him with in 5 minutes of loading asking for a refund. Their website says you can get a refund if it is within its limit - and it was. Told me I could not get one and then stopped responding!! DON'T GET THIS - TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

After about 13 hours I finally got my log in credentials, service is mediocre at best will not renew this service After a 1 star review he took away my service even though I paid for the month. Travis F Jacques you are a scammer!!

Bought cashapp account sent half payment of 18k and they are not answering now total scam, dont buy anything from them.
