Terrible way to conduct business. After installing the software I could not activate it because the key code had already been used. It took three days but I was finally able to get it activated through the alternate method. I still don't think there is a valid excuse for sending used keys.

Company insisted they sent the code, when in absolutely verifiable fact they did not send it to me (though it might have gone to someone else, something they claimed could not have happened, but if not, it was never sent at all). And as other reviewers have noted, the CS personnel come across as very rude. But I did eventually get a working code, so I'm giving them two stars--though I advise against patronizing them, as long as other decent competitors exist.
