It only took a few minutes to get someone on the phone. Chelsey Hugentobler helped me with my issue quickly, sent the link I needed to me via email, and I was able to resolve my issue quickly.

Chelsey Hugentobler was great -- she helped me navigate the website, and answer questions about the easy transition of my old account with Kingdom to Digital ... super easy. I asked 4 dumb questions and she answered all 4 and reminded me that that those were the four most common questions. She's caring and very smart.
