We talked with Elizabeth Alexander today and she was so helpful. She answered all our questions and wouldn't hang up until she knew that we had no more questions. She was very friendly and informative. She explained everything and walked us through the process we were having trouble with.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with the team at Digital Trust—Alli, Keaton, Krielow, and another wonderful female team member—and I can honestly say they set the bar for excellent customer service. They were always friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable in every discussion we had. On the rare occasions they didn’t have an immediate answer, they took the initiative to find one quickly. I always felt they genuinely cared about resolving my issues in a prompt and professional manner. This level of customer service is rare these days, and it deserves to be recognized and appreciated.

Leslie Anna Connelly has excellent listening skills and is able to identify issues and concerns. Upon deciphering the issues, she moves to access the issue and offer solutions. Leslie Anna is the type of employee every business would be very fortunate to have representing them. Her customer services skills are 100%+

Leslie Anna Connally was exceptionally helpful and human. She traced down a problem I was having online and set a correction in motion. She assisted with the initiation of two transactions. It was a relief and pleasure to speak to a person who was interested in solving my problem.
