In my more than 3 years trying to work with Digital Trust staff, its a 50% chance that you'll get misinformation. The problem is, you'll never know until you have to call back, because the original problem hasn't been resolved. There are great staff who never steer you wrong, but you can't guarantee you'll get them on the phone. The staff problems seem to be either poor work habits (lazy, rude) and/or poorly trained. You may ask, why am I still a client? Because my IRA provider, Rocket Dollar, give you no other options.
