Excellent Customer Service
I have been with Digital Trust for years. And, the wonderful peeps like James Macariola, really make your day when you need some assistance. I had a number of requests, and James went above and beyond to make sure that my account was taken care of. Keep on doing great things James 👏

Testing the Process
When everything runs smoothly, you don't get to test the process. We had a little "hitch in the gitalong" and I was just blessed that Krielow Chamberlain answered my call. It did take a little time, but he was able to resolve my challenge in a manner that should keep the process smooth in the future for me as well as for other patrons.

Great customer service
My account was closed for non payment of my account fees causing a $20K + tax . The notification went into my spam folder so I missed it. When I called I talked to Brittany Cole in customer service she was absolutely the best, she handed my issue professionally, timely,I can't thank her enough she saved me big bucks.
