The companies that come to us to list their products are independent companies and most of them are startups looking to give product lifetime licenses access to their product in exchange for one time small payment . The vendors are the licensors and distributors of their Products and are solely responsible to Customers for the quality of the Products provided. Digitalthink has no control over the vendors. We help them understand the market and the expectations of the customers. That is all we can do. We are also not responsible for interactions between Merchants and Customers. Additionally, Digitalthink is NOT liable for any claims, disputes, losses, injuries, or damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the Products, including but not limited to, any claims for false advertising, product defects, personal injury, or property damages. Digitalthink does not guarantee that these products will work. We simply are a marketplace that have no control over the vendors once they leave the marketplace. We do our best to vet the products and make sure that they are up to high standards. some of the companies we partnered with in the past include Pabbly Connect, Gridpane, Uchat, Kirim Email, Mailivery and more. If you look for the reviews of these products online, you will understand that people are happy with these tools. People who bought them never call Digitalthink sly or the founder of Digitalthink and we never run away with any money. Out of of the more than 25 plus products that were sold by our partners on Digitalthink, only 1 failed after 2 years of service and since 90% of start ups fail,this is part of the equation of lifetime software deals. You pay small fee for lifetime access to the product and you enjoy as long as the product is still working. Lifetime access does not mean your lifetime but rather the lifetime of the product. I understand you may be frustrated with the shut down of Leadcart but I can assure that many of the products we partnered with in the past are doing well and that is why members of our Digitalthink community are supporting us. I hope that you will review your rating and understand that there is no way a marketplace can guarantee the quality of a product and specially when that product you complained about was sold independently by the company leadcart.
