Severely Misled and Overcharged — Avoid at All Costs
I hired this company to redesign my website and was told I’d receive a professional, customized build based on the designs I provided. What I got instead was a distorted, blurry, and off-brand result that looked nothing like what I submitted. Every time I raised concerns, I was told the site was “still in development,” with no real corrections ever made. I was also pressured into purchasing overpriced GoDaddy hosting through their so-called business channel — later discovering I paid hundreds more than GoDaddy’s public rates. When I questioned this, I was met with excuses and no accountability. After researching, I found countless others with the same story: paid upfront, received poor or unfinished work, and were left with nothing usable. This isn’t just unprofessional — it feels predatory. I’ve filed complaints with my bank, the FTC, and the Attorney General. Do not trust them with your time, your business, or your money.
