Pause Not an Option on the Website
I had initially canceled, only to find out there was an option to pause my subscription. I wish there were an immediate option to do this on the website instead of finding out through email. Additionally, the pause option has to be renewed via email, which means interacting with customer service again in 3 months.

unfortunately lots of technical…
unfortunately lots of technical problems, site down, login not possible, diconnections. Will not continue my subscription.

Not a scrapbooker
I'm not a scrapbooker so many things don't apply to me but I love to see more more masks, overlays, image templates... more things that can be used to make a kit. But really the site is great. So much there to help and encourage.

I likes the site but Usefullness
I likes the site but it does take too long to find what I may want. I mostly look for things I can use in my junk journals.
