Although working with you was 5 star, because I couldn't get the product even though you tried to ship it to me made it less of a good experience.

Thank you for the review. It's honest and fair. You paid for a product and we were not able to get it to you. We actually misinterpreting USPS international shipment guidelines for refurbished equipment with lithium batteries. Thanks to this experience, we've updated our shipping policy and made changes so that products that cannot ship internationally are clearly marked on each product page. Thank you for being patient throughout, and again my apologies that your order had to be cancelled.
