We take all feedback seriously, especially accusations of this nature. We categorically deny the serious allegations made by Mr. Linton. We would never intentionally infect a client's computer with malware or engage in the disrespectful and discriminatory behavior he describes. We have a strict code of conduct and treat all our clients with respect, regardless of their background. We are currently reviewing our records regarding Mr. Linton's project and, while bound by client confidentiality, can share some relevant context. The total project price was $6447.85, divided into three equal installments. Mr. Linton only paid half of the first installment, which was required to initiate the project. Despite numerous extensions and attempts to communicate with Mr. Linton over two months, the initial payment was never received in full. It appears Mr. Linton then chose to post his review on Trustpilot rather than address the outstanding payment as outlined in our contract. Had the contractual terms been adhered to, this situation would likely have been avoided. We are committed to providing professional services and are disappointed that Mr. Linton feels this way. We take all feedback seriously, both positive and negative. We appreciate all feedback, even when it is negative, as it helps us improve. We regret to hear that Shannon had a negative experience. While bound by client confidentiality, we would like to clarify some points regarding her review. Shannon initially signed up for a discounted bundle package which included website development and social media marketing. She paid a deposit for this bundled service which was offered at a drastically reduced promotional price. Later, once the website had been completed Shannon decided she no longer wanted to proceed with the social media marketing portion of the package. Our website clearly outlines the refund policy for bundled services. While the website portion of the project was already discounted as part of the bundle, we understand her frustration.
