I had installed Windows 8.1 on my MAC and then upgraded to 10, then purchased product key from digitalkeysbox, the product key was rejected because I had not put it in during the upgrade process, contacted support who gave me another key and it worked. Problem solved within 10 minutes, great support

The people here are superior and respond immediately, are attentive and caring and I would recommend their service dept. to everyone. In fact, a lot of companies could take a BIG CLUE from this company's customer support, especially huge businesses who think they can walk on the little people that made them huge in the first place. This is merely my humble opinion, but you can tell from a quick chat with their customer support, that what I say is true. And no, I do not know these people personally, nor do I live in the same country or region as they do.
