I purchased Win 10 Pro Upgrade (64 Bit) and after downloading, it resulted in another installed of Win 10 Home. It was very late so I went to bed and and the next night checked for new downloads and installed a lengthy one. That resulted in a version of Win 10 Enterprise, but stated that the Product Key was invalid. I e-mailed tech support again who stated that was strange and gave me another Product Key to try. It worked perfectly, and the end result was a fully activated install of Win 10 Pro.Highly Recommend.

I had some issues getting the licenses installed but the help desk responded quickly to assist me. They did an excellent job of support.

I just bought the 29.99 Home/Student Office, everything went great, Download took awhile for MS, but that's not them, that's MS. Still everything works great. They also have live chat support so it was helpful to talk to a person. (on the comp) Thanks

The best costumer service I had so far. When you have trouble they respond to your email very fast. When I was having trouble they took less than 10 minutes to reply back to my email. If I every buy a windows 10 key product again I will come again and buy!
