Download seemed a little slow but it all clicked into place. I have tried some open source software, but I am tired of trying to make it conform. This seems to be quite a bargain as opposed to hundreds of dollars for purchasing from Microsoft directly.

Downloading Office 2019 was smooth sailing. My PC already had Office 2010, and the transition after download was seamless. All of my email accounts appeared in Outlook, and all of my documents in Word and Excel did, as well. I would recommend setting up an account in Windows-if you don’t have one-before the download. Office 2019 is a big improvement. Well worth the price.

Your website-stated directions for purchase and subsequent installation were clear and easy to follow. I was expecting hiccups somewhere in the process, but pleasantly relieved there was none. I'm going to look again at your products and see what else I can buy. Thanks!

Honest and frank, your products are certainly working! I have many bad experiences with other sellers from prominent sources. Yet not once, all four of our purchases are flawless and NO glitches! Thanks guys...
