everything worked out great the directions were a little confusing and it took a few tries but all is good now. It may be do to my skill level I have not done a new windows install for a very long time.

Key didn't work at first but support fixed it for me

It wasn't explained initially what I had to to do, but when I did what they made me think I had to do and that didn't work, they got me straightened out. I had to upgrade to Windows HOME computers to PRO so that I could control them remotely. Everything works fine now after support told me what I needed to do.

Registering the product was time consuming. I purchased 2 keys for different computers. Both had the same error message when I tried to register online. I had to call in both times spending over an hour on the line.

I would recommend this website if you are looking for inexpensive option to get Microsoft Office. Product key they provided worked. There was a minor issue getting the software activated, but this was solved very quickly by contacting their 24/7 online chat. Excellent customer service. Only thing that was a little scary is that I got a email notification from paypal checkout that the payment went to a person whose name was in Russian. All seems legit, though.

The price was great! But the first key didn't work. Waited three hours like the instructions stated. It still failed so I contacted support where they gave me additional steps that also failed. So, they gave me another key, it worked on the first try. They did great with helping me get my Windows activated! Thanks! I will use them in the future. Customer support is top notch!
