I was upgrading 2 computers from Windows 10 Home to WIndows 10 Pro. One product key worked and computer updated perfectly, the 2nd key did not work and I got error messages. I opened a chat window and was put in touch with Milana within 1 minute. I explained the problem to her, the first option she gave me did not work, but a different product key did work. She was knowledgeable and provided quick service. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Seamless transaction

So far I’ve been very happy with the softwares download and execution. My main concern was actually receiving the an authentic Microsoft product key but the full key was received as described.
