Hello , after I bought the office 2019 and installed, wanted to use it but did not open the program. I tried so many times till I got hopeless. So I started the Chat. Very responsive & efficient to quickly resolve issue after purchase download.

I was having trouble getting the website needed to download Office. I went to chat and they gave me the direct link which was all I needed. I did need to uninstall the trial version of Office 365 which came with my new computer but after I did that installation was a piece of cake. Greg and Milana stayed on chat until setup was complete which took about 30 minutes. Support was great!

I had an issue with the license key after having to replace my laptop that failed. These guys helped me make sure my license got properly configured on the new laptop after having some issues trying to authenticate with Microsoft. Amazing support!
