Ordering and payment were easy through PayPal. Downloaded the office suite, install code worked, but when it came to activation, the internet option said the license number had already reached its max number of installed. Got online with help-chat, and was guided through the phone activation process, which was a bit of a bother but ultimately successful.

My initial download did not contain the purchased software. Digitalkey Box Customer Support worked with me to rectify the problem. I now have the software I purchased. Thank you Customer Support

We have sent you two keys for Visio 2019 You don't respond to our emails. You are misleading people.

I had a few issues at first, but I got immediate assistance from Customer Service which allowed me to complete the installation. All went well after that.

Great sale price for Office 2019 Home & Business for Mac (even in US dollars for a Canadian spending CDN dollars). DigitalKeysBox just need to work out the wrong activation code upon purchase so the buyer doesn't have to contact support to get the right activation code. The buyer immediately thinks that they've been ripped off by an online scammer until the glitch is eventually solved via several emails. Other than that I would recommend DigitalKeysBox to others and give them four stars.

Great value. Some minor problems activating the software (all self-inflicted). The directions were clear. I contacted DigitalKeys when I had my problem and they answered immediately (I was expecting a long delay in response time). I fixed the problem with Microsoft and have fully functional software at a very reasonable price. Thanks.

Good deal. Great service. I was able to ultimately download and install the Office suite I ordered. Had a problem with the initial download key but customer support jumped on it immediately after I explained the problem via chat session and they issued another key.

This worked great! Not sure if it was me or the system but had to wait until the next morning for it to activate the code. More instructions would be awesome!! Thanks
