product, price, instruccions

I purchased MS Office for an older MacBook and realized it was too old for the download. I contacted the help desk via email. Not only did they respond within 30 minutes, they provided me with a version compatible with my older MacBook complete with a new key and step by step instructions with links...awesome customer service!

Best service, kindest people, most amazing product! It's 1000x more affordable and is the same product...the full office package!!! I had some trouble with the install and they walked me through it with kindness and patience and then I got it all up and running in less than 15 minutes! Responded to all of my annoying emails and were just wonderful!

I had one installation problem that got resolved immediately

I was hesitant at first because of the low price — seemed almost too good to be true. I compared options for a while and finally decided to try it. I’m glad I did! Right after payment, I received the license key and download link instantly, both by email and on the checkout page. The installation guide was clear and easy to follow. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Office activated successfully, no issues at all. It’s the full version — Word, Excel, PowerPoint — and a lifetime license, not a subscription. Everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend! My best purchase in 2025!

I was lost in the tech and they came aboard and did the install for me!

After downloading product, I contacted an online customer service rep who assisted and guided me on how to properly activate the license to the software I purchased. The rep was very courteous, friendly, and most importantly . . . patient!
