I purchased a set of Windows 11 Pro and Office 2024 Professional. I had 1 minor problem activating the Windows 11 Pro, which I used to upgrade my HP laptop from Home to Pro. James (Customer Service) quickly responded to my email and gave me clear instructions on how to resolve it. He also answered all of my questions quickly and friendly. The Office 2024 Professional installed and activated without problems. It was a smooth and quick process, so I ordered a second set of Windows 11 Pro and Office 2024 Professional for my daughter's laptop.

I bought MS Office standard edition and then a few days later I noticed they had the Professional version for the same price. I emailed the company to see if I could exchange one product for the other and I received an immediate response with the code to download and install the pro product.
