i had issues with Activations. James from DigitalKeysbox team helped activated. i am dealing with this service provider for first time. Great experience. So far so good.

[Update] DigitalKeysBox customer service has replied to me and was able to help correct my order. I was able to get what I paid for. Thank you guys for reaching out. DigitalKeysBox does not give key's that work. I bought three Windows 11 pro keys, they sent me three of the same key. When I asked for help, they ignored my emails. Be careful buying here,

They were able to resolve an activation issue that was preventing me from using the software. Their response was timely and worked immediately.

Had a little trouble installing Office, but they were very helpful when I contacted them by email. Response was quick with detailed instructions on what to do to correct the situation. Office was activated and works great.

I gave a four because the initial product key for windows was invalid. However upon reaching out to them they made things right with a valid product key, so the customer service was excellent

Ultimate, what made the experience good was that the issue was resolved. However, it would be a 5-star if the issue had never surfaced.

Easy process. I deducted one star because the original keys for both programs did not work. That said, once I reported the issue a new key was provided and it worked. Customer service was great they addressed the issues promptly. I would recommend you.
