I signed up with this company in May of 2023. I was using Squarespace, and needed help with my SEO. I worked with Kylie and she was very pleasant, and at times someone named Bob would also come on an talk to me. They told me they were in Wyoming, USA. This is part of the reason that I went with this company. After everything was signed and paid for I realized that they are NOT IN THE USA, but India. Since they sounded so knowledgeable, I went with them since I was told I would not get a refund at that point. They took a lot of time setting things up and I was surprised and asked often about the SEO work they were suppose to be doing. I was informed that they were working on it and they were sending me keywords to approve, and meta tags to approve. So I though ok this is working out great. But my numbers were sinking instead of rising and when I asked about this, I was told it was due to the poor website I was using with squarespace, and they recommended that I upgrade to Wordpress, I agreed as I know that WP is a good platform, and I had always built my websites myself. So now here it is January, I finally said enough in October, and I cannot get into my website, to do any changes, they have set it up so that I am Not the administrator of the site and so I am limited with what changes I can make to the site. Unfortunately I am also not able to make any changes to the site. They sent me a couple of videos that were suppose to be how to's to work with the content and change pictures etc. They have never worked and NO ONE will reply to my emails in regards to this. My site is filled with pages that have no bearing on my products at all. I am a small hobby dog breeder, and there are multiple pages of art work and art-advisory boards, non disclaimers for art work, and more that has NOTHING to do with me or my business. I have reached out over and over the last few months to find an answer to these issues and I get no response from this company. The beginning of December 2023 i finally had to hire someone else to come in and rescue my website from this company. I paid for many months of SEO work and none of it is on my website. Some how they have removed the correct information on my website so that I am no longer getting anything from google analytics. This has and continues to be a night mare. Anyone using this company beware they say they are Google partners, but that is not true.

I switched SEO companies for the third time and finally got results. I am on the first page of Google Search for a main search phrase and that was in the first month. More phrases worked in the second month. My rep, Ray is wonderful. He has really made a big difference in traffic to my website from searches.

We've used many SEO companies that promised results and did not deliver, so I was a bit hesitant when I started with Digital Guider. But they delivered! Thank you for your hard work!
