Not a phishing site. I got a settlement of a lawsuit and this is how I got paid. I got an email from the lawyers first with a code. All I gave was the code and my email, and then the lawyers sent me another code, then I got my money with PayPal. Yeah, sucks that there's a 3% paypal transaction fee, but it's better than not getting any money.
