I have them a one because I had to give them something. I had trouble with them from the beginning. I was told I could get a refund if not satisfied within the first week. Day two I asked for the refund and was told it was being processed. Three months later, still no refund. They gave me no guidance. The platform did not do what I was told by the CS agent that it would do. The company ignored me when I kept sending in questions and then complaints. I would never recommend using this platform!

Horrible service. Complained several time and got no meaningful response. Tennis channels not working. I will not recommend. I paid a year subscription and one message was it expired! Though account shows valid thru September 2022!

Got a channel and didn't use it and responded back the same day to get a refund and was told I would receive it within 7 days and that's been a month. Don't use this service. The Phone says not receiving calls. I feel I have been scammed.

Most frustrating trying to watch any sport always buffering. Zero support...always offline! Would not recommend.

Despite the low price, I dropped my subscription because I found myself trying to use it less and less. Too frustrating to navigate, not user friendly. Can’t find what’s on now, times / dates not lined up with now. Lots of buffering and dropping of shows. Not the broadband speed as can watch Netflix and others etc. Really want it to work as it is priced well and plenty of choices for rugby golf etc

I have a account that I've paid 6 months for. I've been trying to unsubscribe for days, I cannot seem to unsubscribe. Can someone help me with this please?

It is with great disappointment that I have to update my assessement of the sevice provided by Digital. I wrote my review on the 19th of Sept having used the online chat for the first time and service seem good and dependable. T his has not proved to the case , each of the following weekend up to and including today I have had to contact the support services to stabilise the same streamers again and again. The online chat was not online for hours which defeats the point of a promised online support, a 24 hr reply to an email is of little use if one is trying to watch a live match. In all honesty I can no longer recommend this service, it is not dependable enough to warrant the subscription requested. I will not be renewing my subscription.

I signed up for this service eight month ago, for a one yer deal as I like to watch rugby, in that time, I watch 2 full games without having issues, the rest of time the signal keeps on cutting off, lately I can only watch a game for 5 seconds and then is off. I have complained several times, but no gets done about it. I will not recommend Digital Direct TV to anybody, is a bad company!!!!!
