Last week was great, this week I can't even get support to acknowledge me. Go figure

This is the worst service available. I got it for football season and haven't been able to watch yet! 6 weeks in and still the same issues. Good luck getting a refund.. Here is one of the responses from a tech.... WTH!!! I have a whole thread of emails with excuses. I would not recommend this service and would really like my money back! support @ digital direct tv .com We are carefully consider the facts & definitely working with it. Hopefully from next week it won't happen. Thanks

trying to watch the rugby with these guys is both frustrating and impossible, the buffering is 3rd world service requests goes un-answered, and refund demands ignored. do yourself a favor and go with someone else.....really still waiting for anyone to respond. I have a 13 tech tickets and the only thing they said was it will take 3 days to correct. this is not acceptable. fix-it or refund me. they are useless.

Trying to watch rugby world cup 2019 matches on this Digitaldirecttv paid for service is a continuous and frustrating nightmare with constant and lengthy buffering, screen freezing, or pic with no sound or sound with no pic. Sometimes pic with delayed sound. Supposed and dedicated RWC channels (1,2,and 3) and ITV4 show different programs. Support ticket/complaints/requests lodged for assistance remain todate NOT responded to. Terrible public service and shocking rippoff !!!
