I have been following their updates for quite some time and was actually looking forward to using the platform. When I saw the entry-level deposit option, I hesitated because I have to be careful with my budget, but I decided to go for it. The marketing was very clear. I thought this was a golden opportunity to test the service with a smaller amount before committing more—a way to see the merchandise before diving in fully. However, once I was on the inside, the euphoria quickly faded. I set up the account and deposited the funds. But when I tried to execute the first withdrawal or fully activate the strategy, I was hit with a notification stating that withdrawals/trading are locked for verification or require a 4-day cooling-off period. I thought it was a technical error. I checked every other function—same thing. Blocked. I went back to the main page and the messages I received from support, and nowhere was it written. For your initial deposit, you will have no access to your funds for X days. If I had been warned about this restriction beforehand, I would have hesitated much more—or perhaps not deposited at all. I have yet to get Digital Arbitrage to respond meaningfully to any of my attempts to contact them. They keep providing the same reasoning: that they are "calibrating their high-frequency algorithms" or "syncing with global API nodes." They previously informed me that if I upgraded to the 2-year "Enterprise Strategy" license, they would be able to prioritize my setup instantly. However, I already purchased my 1-year license on March 12th and still have yet to be activated or receive the service described. I have tried to make contact with them numerous times. Often, I only receive an automated message stating they are "optimizing the price-gap scanner" and that I will be activated soon. Their website claims users can "execute profitable trades instantly," but this has not been my experience at all. Please activate my dashboard or return my $4,200. I deeply regret this purchase and wish I could go back to the start. June 15th "Alex" (from support) finally responded to my message. He stated my automated trading bot would be active by Monday at the latest, or I would receive a FULL refund to my wallet. I hoped to be activated but would be happy just getting my funds back, even if the value is lower due to market volatility. At least someone (Digital Arbitrage) has held my capital for the last 3 months while promising "stable crypto earnings." I will keep posting as I get updates. July 02, 2025 Alex has not responded back, and I have received no further communication. The promise to fulfill my paid license or issue a refund has not been kept. I still have no access to the "real-time data insights" advertised. It appears I am out $4,200.00. I find it very difficult to align my experience with the other positive reviews claiming a "strong commitment to user satisfaction." My experience has been the complete opposite. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. THE SERVICE WAS NOT DELIVERED. September 20, 2025 Alex no longer responds, and I cannot make contact with anyone else from their "specialist team." I strongly advise against sending money for these arbitrage strategies. Based on my experience, the "license fee" is collected, but the trading service has simply not been provided to me.
