I’ve done other platforms before, but none of them come close to DPS Im so happy I got my domain setup too because Ive wanted my own brand for so long and finally have something online I can show to my friends family and community. My store looks amazing and it was very easy for a non tech kinda guy

Lovely products and very polished website design. My husbands a professional designer and even he was impressed

So glad I took the leap! This is by far the best place to get started for beginners. Most things like this are usually so complicated but this is a beginners heaven. Already showed this to my friend at work as well and he’s even more of a beginner then me lol and he’s found it super easy to use

I’m usually skeptical about these things, but DPS really delivered. The process was so simple, and the products are top-notch. Also thank you to the support team member who helped me, I cant remember their name but thank you for the prompt response in helping me setup my account!

Customer service is terrible. First off, they hide behind email which means a problem that could have taken 5 minutes to fix takes days. Then, there is the poor quality of help. Like most of the younger generation today, it is easier to blame someone else than to take the time to fix the issue. Even when you give detailed information, the customer service rep would rather blame someone else. It doesn't matter the needs of the customer, just pass the blame on to someone else so you can go back to your video game.

On August 9, 2024, I purchased the $20 Digital Product Store offer along with a $97 “Upgrade” to obtain a digital store featuring 30 or more digital products for resale. I was extremely disappointed upon receiving my “store.” These stores are merely single landing pages showcasing only ONE product—a bundle of 30 or more products. That’s all. Additionally, the pages are generic and not something I would feel comfortable selling to anyone. Immediately after joining, I was prompted to pay for a YEAR of hosting (which I suspect they earn a commission from) and to purchase a domain name through them. They also advised me to spend hundreds of dollars to form an LLC (through their affiliate company) before even starting to set up my business. This was just the beginning of the upsells that were not disclosed upfront. The $97 upgrade I paid for consisted of classes aimed at upselling me to a $497 product and testimonials from individuals who made substantial money from a completely different (and much more expensive) course. I addressed these issues and politely requested a refund. After four requests, they finally informed me that their refund policy only allows for a refund after 90 days and that I must actively try to sell their product. I explained that I did not want to sell their product to anyone because it was subpar. Additionally, I did not want to spend $90 on hosting plus advertising costs, which would exceed my initial investment. Despite giving them every opportunity to rectify the situation, they dismissed my concerns. I am writing this to caution anyone considering investing in their digital stores to STAY AWAY! I hope this message saves others from the financial loss and frustration I have experienced. Sincerely, Jonathan Gilbert

This company is a scam. I had doubts from the start, and they only proved me right The site looks awful, and they were annoyingly unhelpful with every question I asked. The whole experience was far worse than i could have imagined.

Starting an online store has always seemed like a daunting task, but this service made it so simple. The products were ready, the guidance was clear, and I was able to get my store live quickly. Now I’m making sales regularly, and it’s been a huge boost to my confidence and income. I’m really excited to keep growing from here.
