I had a call with Julieann this morning and I am truly amazed by her genuine interest, technical ability, willingness to spend time to resolve my issue, and showed me things in the system that I wasn’t aware of. She even scheduled a follow up call for us to make sure that I have no issues and am on the right track…her idea to have the call! That’s unheard of. She’s lovely and her approach is very rare! I think that the quality of a company’s support team really differentiates them as one that genuinely cares about their customer’s success. I can’t say enough, honestly!
