Revol intermediate crate. Flimsy, especially the tray in the bottom. Warranty was 6 months the tray cracked and started to fall apart just after. Purchased 1/2025 now at 10/2026 they can't even sell me a replacement tray for my expensive crate. Customer service suggested I wait until the new version comes out and buy a whole new crate. I'm increasingly frustrated and concerned. Back-ordered item was due to ship yesterday. Email from Diggs 10-days ago indicated that back-ordered item was in stock again. Website indicates item is in stock. However, it's still not shipped. If you attempt to call them, a recorded message says they're not accepting calls. Response via text is slow and uninformative.

I recently purchased two Diggs dog crates, and I must say, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. When I reached out to their customer service to buy a simple plastic replacement clip for the door, I was shocked by their response. Instead of providing the small, easily removable part, I was told that I would have to buy an entire new door panel for over $80. This is absolutely absurd! How can a company that designs products for puppies and dogs neglect to offer replacement parts for essential components? It’s not just frustrating; it reflects a lack of consideration for their customers. In my opinion, this policy is a glaring indication of a company that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. If you're in the market for a dog crate, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Choose a brand that values its customers and offers reasonable solutions for minor issues. Buyer beware—Diggs clearly does not focus on customer care! Update: after a lot of time spent I want to say that Diggs did get to a point of providing me with a reasonable resolution.
