The customer service person that returned my phone call was rude, unprofessional and horrible. She was dismissive of my questions by constantly talking over me. She was yelling, screaming and cussing at me. I asked for her supervisor immediately and again she was very dismissive of me. I decided to part ways and report the incident to Medicaid

As a patient of this office, they are 100% inept at answering the phone and/or returning phone calls. Have called and left 4 messages over 6 days AND sent an email via their patient portal and NO ONE responds. AVOID THIS PLACE if you want care.
