Same thing as everyone else. I was excited yesterday to make it to kingdom 66 and earn another 60 dollars. Of course in the morning I sign in and they have charged back all my rewards and give no explanation. I spent hours on this ap because I was "making money". Now they refuse to pay. I saw the Dice Dreams on another platform and did not play because I didn't want any problems or excuses. They can obviously see I've only played on their ap and they just took my money. They don't care. Dont waste your time. Please. Complete scam they should be in prison.

Dice Dreams has become nothing short of a band of thieves, if you spend money they increase the demands to finish anything and give you very little in return. Get into the game, decide to spend a few bucks here and there and suddenly they change the algorithm to be against you. My wife played on one trail where there were 3 chests, the first one she got to within 80 steps, second one she got to within 300 steps and she go to the last within another 1200 steps. I played the exact same trail, same stating point and the first chest was 1800 steps away, the second one was almost 6000 steps and the last one was over 13000 steps. Get to the next level and my wife had 1200 steps to the first chest where I ended up having almost 8600 steps to the first chest. WTH? That is just one example of many times where my wife and have spent money on the game and they make the odds of getting anything damn near impossible. Realized that the more money you spend on the game, the more they penalize you. Not a very good business strategy, unless you're a thief. Customer service is a joke to put it mildly, they respond (well, when and if they respond) and say oh it must have been a glitch in the system, here's 50 dice to make up for it. Would have been nice to be able to give ZERO stars as they don't deserve anything. If you want a decent game, play Monopoly or Crosswords (something like Crozzle) but stay away from this thieving fiasco they claim is a game.

I have been cheated out of about 20 thousand dice by this game now and I go to support about it and they just ignore me and don't answer. I even had my team leader notify them and nothing. I have had friends join through the links I've sent them and was supposed to receive 13,000 dice for this and never got it. I finished the BBQ set and was supposed to get 2,000 and never received it because the game froze and notified support...nothing!!! This game also is more interested in making pop ups for before and after the game, just to start playing you go through 15 different pop ups and about 10 afterwards. This game is a waste of time if what your doing is striving to win rewards because most of the time you won't receive them!!!

I made an in app purchases for the dream pass today 07/31/24 and it was never added. Trying to request a refund but don't know how that will work. The game is fun but you don't always receive the rewards. Since I updated it now it kicks me off every time I go into fight, attack games. Dice Dreams fix the problem, issue the refund and I will change my review.

Game is very buggy and crashes, when you do well then lose your prize. I had 5 of one thing then got a sixth the game crashed then I lost it, it has over 10 ways to try and make you spend money that’s probably why it crashes, to much information no one wants to buy it. It gives you what you want, then just as your about to lose your dice it gives you a little more to try and get you to play more. Very poor game I would not recommend playing this game, don’t even download it, waste of time.

Dice dreams is a buggy game and their support is not helpful. Don’t waste your time unless you don’t care if you receive game rewards which negates the purpose of playing

This dice dreams is just a money making game when you need them to resolve a problem they just no where to be found…I did a ball tournament yesterday still did not received my reward

Oh dice dreams! how funny. These guys will not respond to issues in less than 2-3 days, after your ability to request refund has ended through google! Its how they do it. Funniest part about it is their fair play and code of conduct rules. everyone has to play by the rules except them, they rip you off every CHANCE THEY GET! I made a team, for me and a couple friends, came back yesterday and I no longer have a team options my friend says on the message board I left and it made him leader... I didn't leave! not to mention how many events I don't get to do, my buddy has two or three all the time trails, mining, puzzle, i dont get any of those. I have also spent a bit of monjey on this game so i figure this is why, why give someone who will purchase the opportunity to make it free! All good I am finished with this game is a money and time drain. Yes they wait at least 48 hours before responding to you, odd thats the same time refund is no longer option! I have waited five days before.. only for card event to end and never get my wild card! gave me like 500 days when reward would have been 25k suck it dice dreams.
