They are major rip off artists!!!! I ordered 3 dresses from them that looked nothing like the pictures online. The fabric was God awful!!! Dresses looked like they should have cost $2. They do not respond to you when you try to return. I ended up throwing them in the trash.

Don't do it! Site says you can cancel order w/in 24 hours. Although I did this, they did not cancel my order. Instead I was charged and received order three months later! They will not accept my return or send a return slip or respond to me, beyond offering me $40 to keep $180 worth of clothing. The clothing is also bad quality/sizing off, so I will have to donate all of it. Since they are not in US, if you are in US, there is no remedy.

Do not order from this company. They won’t honor returns if their clothes don’t fit you or show up & you think some don’t look as pictured. They also take far longer to ship than you would expect from their website info, so don’t count on them if you’re looking for a reliable manufacturer to ship in a timely manner. I just wouldn’t count on them at all. If you want to do an exchange it’ll be additional to you in shipping costs. It’s not worth the time, money, or trouble. They claim to be cheaper bc they “eliminate” the middle man but doing business with them is totally unrealistic bc once you give them your money that’s it. It doesn’t matter if they don’t hold up their end of the deal or clothing isn’t as expected. Save yourself the trouble & go out to the mall and buy there or from Amazon. This place won’t last long doing business this way but they are not good to work with. Buying clothes in a brick & mortar literally anywhere is better than spending your hard earned money with people like this.

Do not order from this site. I tried to cancel in June, was charged, and received my delivery in September. Nothing fit/sizing off and fabric quality was very poor. Customer service will not respond. Dicaine #dicaine #dicainesucks #dicainedonotorder

I ordered a dress in my usual size which corresponded to their charts. It came and was too tight in the bust. I reached out several times to the email they gave and kept getting the message was undeliverable. I finally found a contact and reached out. I got the run around about returning it and they said I could keep it and they would give me $5. I like the dress so wanted to exchange sizes and they said it would be $15 to ship. After several email exchanges and them making me send a picture with a tape measure of the dress they made a final offer of $15 and said they are in Asia so they encouraged me to take that and not return it. This is just crazy! Don't order from them if you have any doubt of how it will fit!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This site makes claims to craft clothing for real size women. This is blatantly false. They are all different sizes even when you purchase the same size, I purchased 8 pieces in Medium, none of them were the same size. Too big, too small, and out of proportion. Some of these were literally made for a cartoon character, Large breasts, tiny waist, very long, toothpick arms, and short. The fabric is really thin and the cuts are strange. When I tried to return them I was offered 10% of my purchase price, they claim to have a pretty standard return policy. What they don't tell you( but you likely guess looking at the site) is the clothes are from China, but by way of Dubai. So they don't want you to send them back. they certainly won't pay shipping. I never asked them to pay shipping their final offer after back and forth emails started on the day I received the items was 30%. they did finally give me an address to send the items to, but I have no guarantee they would actually receive them, so I am stuck with a 30% refund, 100% annoyance. Learn from my mistake. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY

Ok, so first... I was only allowed to leave a review once I lied and clicked ‘happy’. Went on their site, on their FB Page, and could not review. I did leave a comment, though, on one of the dresses I bought. 2 dresses were described as jersey/cotton blend. No. Synthetic stamped rayon, completely see through. 2 shirts were the zipper style. Material was weird and puckered around the zipper. And it’s not like the pricing is ‘Chinese cheap’. Will not order from this company again.

I placed my order over a month ago and was finally sent tracking information about a week ago after I sent an email asking where my merchandise was. After checking tracking yesterday I see they've sent my package to an incorrect address and it states it will be sent back to shipper. They finally did rectify the situation however when the clothes came they felt very thin and I don't see them lasting long.
