Less meat items to choose from. Pricing increase. Maybe going down hill with the online ordering.

I ordered 4- 8OZ sliced pks of cooper…
I ordered 4- 8OZ sliced pks of cooper cheese. The pkg arrived with every pkg inside melted together so badly I couldn't separate the slices for sandwiches. The ice packs were fully melted as well. During the summer I suggest wax paper separating each slice. Also shipping container could be Styrofoam.

Quality of food is excellent
Quality of food is excellent. However, since you don't put paper between the slices before you vacuum seal, they are impossible to get apart. We had to crumble the cheese over the burgers which wasn't ideal.

Annie saved the day. I really appreciate her. I don't believe people would mind paying extra for next day delivery especially to the hotter cities on the west Coast, like Las Vegas.

Cheese Spreads
We thoroughly enjoy your variety cheese spreads, especially the Gorgonzola. The taste is outstanding, and we have varieties on a regular basis. The delivery of orders has been outstanding! Unfortunately for us but great for you, the stores in our area do not carry your products! Stop & Shope carried it for only a very short time; Gorgonzola was not included in their display. We look forward to trying some of your other products and hope to visit your store when visiting family near Philadelphia.
