If only your company cared so much…
If only your company cared so much about my initial feedback as you do about getting this feedback on how the product was. I’ve been ignoring the request to review it as this was a gift for someone else. It arrived early due to a website malfunction. I had to go through the steps to order twice and the second time it didn’t register the date I wished for it to be delivered. It said the billing address and name was the shipping address. I have no other feedback as again, this was a gift for someone.

Hi Christine, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you experienced while placing your order and that the gift arrived earlier than expected. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. If you ever encounter an issue with an order and need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. We're happy to help with shipping address updates and can often adjust shipping weeks when requested. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, as these items are shipped through a third-party fulfillment partner, we can work with you to schedule the shipment as close as possible to your preferred timeframe. Thank you again for your feedback, and we appreciate your support. Best regards, Annie

I think your pie was quality…
I think your pie was quality ingredients. But it had no flavor and not enough of the bottom filling too many pecans and it was bland.
Response from Di Bruno Bros.Jun 16, 2026
Hi Karen, Thanks for the feedback—we’re glad to hear the ingredients came through, but we’re sorry the Bourbon Pecan Pie missed the mark on flavor and balance. That’s not the experience we want, especially from our partners at Whisked by Jenna. We’ve shared your notes on the filling ratio and overall flavor with their team. If you’re open to it, reach out with your order details and we’ll make this right.
