I recently ordered The owl gem pearl wreath and a I started to work on it I realized that I did not have enough pearls tofinish # 5 on the project. I have gotten other kits from this company but am very upset about this. Any way to get the pieces that I need to finish this kit?

I’ve done many of this stores diamond paintings. Came in a reasonable time. Always packed nicely. Canvas and drills are always nice to work on

I absolutely love this conpany! Their canvases are excellent quality and Hugo's customer service is amazing. They are always friendly, helpful and quick to respond I have ordered many custom canvases and their canvases over the last 4 years and have been happy with all but 1 (and they made that right) I highly recommend them to anyone who is already addicted or is considering joining the addiction. Sincerely, Joanne

I have used this company for over 5 years for my customs and even my friends customs if ive ever had an issue which is very rare its always resolved. Im in the uk so delivery can take a while but I dont mind and canvases are good quality

I have ordered many, many kits from this company. They have all come very quickly, have been delivered in excellent shape. This company makes the most beautiful diamond paintings and are my first choice when I'm shopping. I have never had any kind of an issue with this company or any of the products. I have repeatedly highly recommend this company on many Facebook posts and will continue to do do.

Ordered items from this company, not realizing that it's coming from China. As well as the customer service is also in china. After waiting 3 days for them to ship this item out. They still hadn't and so I requested a refund so that I could order the needed item from someone in the states. I purchased this item using PayPal and put a dispute in with PayPal. Because I requested a refund with this company , Diamond Painting Factory Would not get back to me. When paypal reached out to them, they finally contacted me via email and threatened extortion. They would not give me my refund unless I took my dispute down with paypal! That's illegal to do that, especially when they never shipped the item out and I canceled the order. Thank you PayPal for your guidelines, on the way a vendor must act. My purchase is protected with paypal!!!

I wish I could give no stars as I never received orders they have took the money. When I looked my account my orders are in transit from nearly a year ago. Don't order from them. They have taken £79.

I ordered a painting as a gift. They sent me the wrong painting. I’ve emailed them 4 times with no answer and no other way to contact them. There’s too many other companies that sell these. Save yourself the trouble and purchase somewhere else
