Hi Andrew, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that this left you feeling frustrated, and we completely understand how being asked to make a deposit at the withdrawal stage could be disappointing if you weren’t expecting it. Just to clarify, when winnings originate from free money that has been redeemed, a verification deposit is required before those funds can become eligible for withdrawal. This requirement forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is not an additional fee being charged to cash out, but rather part of the verification process attached to free-money play. We always want our players to understand the requirements attached to promotions and free money, so we’re sorry if this wasn’t clear during your experience. Our support team would be more than happy to look at your account with you, explain exactly what is required and answer any questions you may have. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to help clear this up for you. Warm regards, The Diamond Reels Team 💎

Hi Brandon, thanks for sharing your experience. We can certainly understand why being asked to make a deposit after completing the playthrough would raise questions, especially when you weren’t expecting it. To clarify, the $25 deposit is **not a fee to release or purchase your winnings**. When free money is used, our Terms & Conditions require a verification deposit before funds generated from that free money can become eligible for withdrawal. This is a standard account verification requirement associated with promotional/free-money play. We’re sorry if this came as a surprise and appreciate that you wanted to make sure everything was legitimate before proceeding. Our 24/7 Support Team is available to explain the requirement, answer any questions you have and review your account with you directly. And yes — we’re here! 😊 We genuinely appreciate players raising their concerns, as it gives us the opportunity to provide clarification. We hope this helps clear things up, and congratulations on getting through that $50 playthrough! 💎 Warm regards, The Diamond Reels Team

Hi Mentor, thanks for sharing your experience. We understand that waiting for a Bitcoin deposit to confirm can be frustrating, especially when you’re expecting to be able to play straight away. For security reasons, Diamond Reels requires a minimum of **three blockchain confirmations** before a Bitcoin deposit is credited to an account. We appreciate that this can sometimes take longer than expected, as confirmation times are influenced by the Bitcoin network and can vary depending on network activity and the transaction fee selected when the payment is sent. If a transaction is sent with a higher network fee, it will generally be prioritized by the Bitcoin network and can confirm much more quickly — often within just a few minutes when network conditions allow. For players who want an **immediate Bitcoin deposit option**, we also offer **BTC Lightning**, which is designed for much faster transactions. We’re sorry your first experience has been frustrating. We hope this provides some context around the confirmation process, and our 24/7 Support Team is always available if you’d like us to check the status of your deposit. Warm regards, The Diamond Reels Team 💎
