I had an excellent experience working with Diamond Express Logistics. From the very beginning, their team was professional, reliable, and highly responsive. They answered every email, phone call, and text message promptly, while keeping me updated throughout the entire transportation process. Their communication was outstanding, and I always knew the status of my shipment. Most importantly, they delivered exactly as promised and completed the delivery on time the very next day. It is refreshing to work with a company that demonstrates such dedication, professionalism, and commitment to customer service. I highly recommend Diamond Express Logistics and would gladly work with them again in the future.

We had booked a load with Diamond Express and it went incredibly smooth. The service was timely and the communication was thorough. i would have no problem booking freight with them again. very professional and polite company.

Carrier handled load #419603, our first shipment with them. The experience was smooth from start to finish. The driver reported on time, maintained tracking without issues, was responsive throughout transit, and delivered on schedule. Communication was consistent and professional. Based on this load, we would be happy to work with this carrier again.

Great experience, very professional. Will deffinitely work with Diamond Express Logistics again in the future.

Great company to work with!

Picked the load and delivered on time. Great service.

Great company to work with timely pickup and delivery, specially their dispatcher Mayari is very helpful.

These guys came in and moved an ambulance from Massachusetts to Pittsburgh for us, we had scheduled with another company and due to some trust issues backed out of that deal, and Diamond Express stepped up and helped us handle it with absolute professionalism, and a much more affordable rate. The communication was excellent from start to finish with the office and the driver, John the driver was extremely friendly and made sure we had peace of mind during the process. We will absolutely be using them exclusively from now on for any and all hauling we need. We could not be happier customers!
