My experience with Diamaura was outstanding. I really appreciated Olivia’s transparency when explaining the differences between lab-grown and natural diamonds. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the process and even gave me a mini-lecture on the 4 C’s: Cut, Carat, Color, and Clarity, which helped me better understand what I was purchasing. I originally came across a ring that Diamaura promoted online, and I liked it enough that I made the 7-hour drive to San Jose to see it in person. It was absolutely worth the trip. Olivia was extremely professional, passionate, and, most importantly, she actually listened to what I was looking for. I mentioned that my girlfriend’s fingers tend to swell in the heat, and Olivia took that into consideration. She recommended a different ring that would be more comfortable for her and help prevent any issues when her fingers swell. That attention to detail really stood out to me. Fast-forward to Friday, October 16, 2026—I proposed, and she said YES! My now-fiancée absolutely loves her ring. I also want to address something I saw online before making the trip. I came across reviews and social media posts claiming that Diamaura uses filters in their videos, which made me a little skeptical. Despite that concern, I decided to take a leap of faith, and I do not regret it at all. In person, the difference was barely noticeable. My fiancée’s ring is SOOO shiny and looks incredible in real life. Honestly, that ring is brighter than y’all’s future—specifically the people hating online. Thank you, Olivia and Diamaura, for making such an important experience a great one.
