DialAnyone has been a life saver...
DialAnyone has been a life saver for me. I was able to migrate numbers from Skype easily. The rates are super low for numbers as well as calls. And Jerry is amazing, always pushing the envelope improving site, service, and app. When I send suggestions what to improve, they take it seriously and that means users are being heard!

Thank you, Milan. Moving phone numbers over from Skype is the most common reason people come to DialAnyone, so it is good to hear your port went smoothly and that the number and international call rates work for you. Jerry will be glad to read this. User suggestions drive a lot of what we ship for the web dashboard and the mobile app, so please keep sending them. If you ever need help with calling, texting or eSIM data on your account, [email protected] reaches us directly.

Outstanding customer service and clear communication!
I had an amazing experience with DialAnyone. Their customer service team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Every time I had a question, they explained everything clearly and resolved my issue in no time. Highly recommend their service!

Thank you, Jackie. Clear answers matter a lot in a service like DialAnyone, where people rely on their phone number for international calls, SMS and data every day, so it is good to know the team explained things well and fixed your issue quickly. We are a small team and every reply comes from a real person who can see your account, which keeps the back and forth short. If anything else comes up with calling, texting or your eSIM, [email protected] reaches us directly.

Great service by the customer support!
Great service by the customer support! I initially had problems setting up a phone number, the customer support helped me with it. Great experience so far.
Response from DialAnyoneSep 29, 2026
Thank you, Taylor. Setting up a phone number is the step where most questions come up, because each country has its own address and ID requirements before a number can go live, so we are glad support got you through it. Once the number is active it works for calls and SMS from the DialAnyone web dashboard and the iOS and Android apps, with no extra setup. If you run into anything else with your number, calling, texting or eSIM data, [email protected] reaches us directly.

Happy customer that has been with them for the last year
They ported over my US phone number from the defunct Skype, and I've been placing and receiving calls with no issues. Also, very reasonable pricing, and always a quick response from customer service.
Response from DialAnyoneSep 25, 2026
Thanks Francesco! Good to hear your US number has been working well since you ported it over from Skype. We appreciate you sticking with us for the past year.

I thought there was a catch
Been using these guys for 6 months. The calls are extremely clear and it doesn't come with the lag some WebRTC software comes with. They are also super cheap. Like dirt cheap. I don't know how Kyle and his team does it but it's been great so far. Their customer support is top notch too.
Response from DialAnyoneSep 25, 2026
Thanks Nnamno-Francis! Six months in and no catch, we like hearing that. Glad the call quality has been clear and lag-free for you, and I'll share your note with Kyle and the support team.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. DialAnyone was very easy to use, everything worked exactly as expected, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. What I appreciated most was the simplicity: no unnecessary complications, just a reliable service that does what it says. Very happy with the experience and I would definitely use it again. Highly recommended.
