Diamond fell out of ring.
I emailed about a ring I bought that had lost a diamond that fell out, asking how to get a new one fitted. I was given the choice of sending the ring back for them to fit, or sending a new diamond to have it fitted locally. I chose the latter, the diamond was sent, it is being fitted, and so all is well. Still don't know why it fell out, though.
