There was a mix up with my order once I contacted the warehouse they were on it right away and sent out the proper order. I have one question... why would you shop anywhere else ?

Sent exactly what I ordered in a timely manner.

I was told they had been delivered but I didn't have them. He searched and found out they had been delivered to our po box instead of our home. We got them the next day from the post office. All is well.

This was the 1st time I have purchased anything from this company. The service is excellent and so was the item I bought. Service was excellent also. I would definitely recommend this company.

Still have not recieved my order

Posted a picture of the lancet box I was shopping for but delivered a different model. When I called the cutomer service I was told this was the new version of what I ordered. I told the customer rep that I could have bought the new version for much less per box and I ordered from them because they posted that they still had the former model. I had to argue with the rep to get any adjustment and after several minutes the rep finally agreed to a $9 fefund per box and told me never to order from Diabetic Warehouse agin. They are safe with me.
