This is my second response to the most recent order to my son in Ocala, Fl. He says now that at least 10 of the strips give a “dud” code, and he has to print again for more blood to test another strip. Are these strips valid? Seconds? Guaranteed? This was not my first order, what’s wrong with this shipment? Is an adjustment in cost available?

The website is very user friendly. Prices are good for stale-dated test strips, they still have a couple of months before the expiration date. Shipping was very quick, I'm pleased to have found them. My insurance won't pay for as many strips as I actually need, so I have to pay for extras out-of-pocket.
