The cost is better then what I pay from my pharmacy

You always send my order out quickly… occasionally check on me, but do not bombard me with ads (highly appreciated). And continue to charge a much lower price than what I was paying through my Medicare plan. Not only does that help with a Senior Citizen budget… but it helps with my morale to think that someone sees a need/my need where trying to rattle Medicare’s cage has done nothing. To this end, when I hear of anyone starting out with Diabetes, or who already has it, I don’t hesitate to tell them to check out your store.

Experience overall was fine this time as my order arrived on time, as expected and for a great price. However, my package of pen needles had been opened and taped back up. Upon inspection, there were no problems with the pen needles, all were intact and the correct number were in the box. This is the first time I have had any irregularities with an order, so I don't expect this to recur. It was just a bit annoying having to check everything.

What made my experience great was that I was able to actually speak with a human being prior to placing my order. They also shipped very fast and my order arrived within 7 days
