I purchased 24 INR test strips which are designed to be used 2 to 3 weeks apart; the expiry date was in a little more than 6 months, so half of them were useless. I asked for and received an RMA, returned them, and waited. Three weeks later I called; they had been received, but a refund had not been issued. It has been now, but I should not have had to call, and they should not have been shipped with this close an expiration date

I ordered two boxes and they send it both the expiration dates in may . It will expire before I will use it .

Business manors of today have changed. There no lon̈ger exist a "customer is right" philosophy. It is a "Oh well" attitude. NOT SO WITH DIABETIC WAREHOUSE. I am a repeat customer who would rather pay cash and be treated as a valued customer. The inventory is great. The price point is good and customer service is appreciated.

Seeing that im just starting my jurney with diabeties i did not know each meter has its own strips.So i orderd the wrong ones but custimere service got me hooked up with the right strips so im grstefull
