excellent sertvice

Paid for 2 to 4 day delivery didn't get it until 6 days and you say you no control over it once you hand it to the shipper but if you are going to charge for it then it's your responsibility to make sure the carrier gets it there as promised.

Shipping was quick but product (omnipod 5 pods) came loose, not in original box, which was not disclosed before ordering.

I never received my last order.

The online process was easy to use when placing orders. Also I had questions and customer service was very helpful.

I ordered a box of syringes to give injections to my dog. One thing to note is while it's free shipping, it's slow (b/c it's free) -- so roughly 8-10 days for the free option. Well, in that time, my dog declined pretty rapidly and I hadn't even received the syringes yet so I knew I would not use them all. I called this morning and as long as I didn't open them, they will take them back. They provided me a return label with FREE return shipping. So, as soon as I receive the box, I will turn around and send it back. End of life decisions are already so difficult so I appreciate this courtesy. Spoke w/ a live human.

Items needed always in stock and at a good price. Service is excellent

The adhesive is not great. It began detaching from skin within two days. The patches, Omnipod and Dexcom G6, do not save my skin from being irritated. This is because the patches barely covers the back of the devices.
