Diabetic Warehouse - is not an approved Dexcom supplier
I have been purchasing Dexcom CGM G6/G7 from Diabetic Warehouse and have had regular product failures. Product failures include DOA, battery failures, and connectivity failures. Noted during my investigation were the following: - routinely products are shipped with only days or weeks left out of the 18 month product validity (expiration date), products made from several different production facilities that have reported quality issues, prices charged are three times the rates available from Dexcom Authorized Suppliers. When questioned, Diabetic Warehouse stated they are not a Dexcom Authorized Distributor and have no ability to warrant their products. Buyer Beware - Diabetic Warehouse is a gray market trader that is apparently buying stale overstock from the gray markets without manufacturer warranty, or guarantees at VERY HIGH prices. Strongly suggest AGAINST purchasing from Diabetic Warehouse.
