Neither of the two Dexcom7 sensors which I received in January worked----they didn't "pair" with either my Dexcom receiver or the Dexcom phone app. I contacted Dexcom customer service and they sent me two replacement sensors.

The 14-day reader doesn’t work unless it’s plugged into the outlet. My mom had to end up using her cell phone by downloading the app.
