I have been 'nickeled and dimed' a time…
I have been 'nickeled and dimed' a time or two for supposed dented boxes OR for the supposed expiration dates on the boxes which I haven't agreed with. For my last order everything went as planned although the time frame of sending the strips and receiving the check took almost two weeks.

I mailed the strips from New Mexico Friday afternoon and got an email at 10 am Monday morning from both you and PayPal that I had been paid! Wow! Talk about quick service!

Old box & label
I call to ask if an old box and label could be used. They said yes , it was about a yr old or so. Pack it and sent it on its way. Got my check in about a week later.
