So simple, a diabetic monkey can receive big $. Seriously, I went website. Completed the information needed (about 3mins) Days later I received a self addressed, postage paid box. I put my strip inside sealed the box & mailed it. A few day after that I received a check for over $200.oo Sweet Buddy~

I sent in 2 boxes...was expecting to be paid for 2 boxes...I had to call to find out that the reason I didn't get paid for the 2 boxes I sent was that the seal broke on 1 box...I'm not sure if I should send any more..
